This role involves developing and managing various HR programs and processes, including labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation, EEO, safety, workers' compensation, leave administration, and benefits. The incumbent will also play a key role in employee relations, acting as a consultant to employees and management, and establishing rapport with all levels of the organization. The position requires independent discretion, decision-making, and a proactive approach to issues and strategies. The ability to manage multiple processes and projects with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, responsibility, and confidentiality is essential.
