About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations on the Odessa campus. This position will primarily be responsible for talent acquisition, benefit programs, and performance management while ensuring that HR practices are consistent, compliant, timely, and aligned with HR divisional expectations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to multitask competing priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and related experience to equal four (4) years.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Collaborating with hiring managers to write job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and facilitating new-hire onboarding.
- Benefits Administration - Assisting with the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and managing paid time off.
- Performance Management - Assisting departments with performance reviews, goal setting and employee training and development as needed.
