It also identifies trends to increase retention, supports recruitment efforts across various locations, and updates job descriptions. The role involves administrative duties in all HR areas, assembling and distributing information, administering employee surveys, and assisting with other HR duties, special projects, and employee events. Compliance with safety and GMP requirements is essential, along with supporting a culture of safe production and operations.
