We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to carry out HR and payroll operations and assist with administrative accounting tasks. The HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll processing. The role will also include light administrative accounting responsibilities, making this a unique opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their skill set. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. We are looking for someone who is willing to sit down with each employee annually and answer benefits questions ensuring that they choose the best coverages for their needs.
