About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and people-centered HR Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about supporting others and creating positive experiences. This role requires someone who is comfortable in a front-facing position, interacts confidently with employees, applicants, and partners, and approaches every interaction with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or client-facing customer service experience required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally
  • Comfortable addressing questions, concerns, and challenges with empathy and discretion
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to balance policy, compliance requirements, and individual needs when resolving issues
  • Highly organized, dependable, and takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in HR work and supporting employees and applicants
  • Committed to being a trusted, approachable resource for both internal and external teams
  • Bilingual in Russian
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Russian (Required)

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a secondary front desk receptionist, assisting walk-in applicants and employees
  • Answer and route operator and HR-related phone calls professionally
  • Provide clear, respectful, and empathetic assistance to all visitors and callers
  • Offer translation support as needed to ensure clear communication
  • Process applications for caregiving positions
  • Assist with general HR-related administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and the office drop-off box
  • Support HR team members with day-to-day operational needs
  • Cover for coworkers when needed
  • Assist with setting up orientations, in-service sessions, and trainings
  • Prepare sign-in sheets, materials, and refreshments
  • Support room setup and cleanup before and after sessions
