You are the first smile our patients see and the person who helps ensure every patient receives an exceptional, five-star experience from beginning to end. Your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and multitask allows our doctors and clinical team to provide outstanding care to our community. Responsibilities

  • Welcome every patient with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.
  • Answer incoming calls with confidence while creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments while maximizing efficiency.
  • Help keep our doctors' schedules organized and running on time.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions.
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist with opening and closing office procedures.
  • Work closely with every department to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Cross-train throughout the practice to expand your skills and grow professionally.
