The HR Manager’s job entails providing practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to Management Team on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, and benefits. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to provide strategic and technical Human Resource leadership in a manufacturing environment.
