As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Global Services & Support (GSS), you'll play a key role in advancing one of our most dynamic, customer-focused organizations. Spanning three divisions—GSD, BID, and CSD—within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Applied (LDA) sector, GSS is a $300M business that delivers innovative service solutions around the globe. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with business leaders to align talent, leadership, organizational capability, and culture with strategic priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic HR Business Partner experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders on organizational design, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging workforce analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled technologies to support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships and translate complex business challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting global organizations within life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, commercial, or R&D environments.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, business integration, or large-scale change initiatives.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business priorities and long-term growth.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and the employee experience.
  • Leverage workforce analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide talent solutions.
