About The Position

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring a Human Resources Director/Payroll Coordinator for a part-time position. This role provides facility-based human resources and payroll services based on expectations and needs within the facility. Requirements

  • 2 years of HR and payroll experience required
  • Experience working as HR in the medical field i.e. post acute, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or hospital required
  • HRIS experience required, Workday preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of college education preferred.
