Requirements

Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Possesses the ability to learn routines quickly, train others for routine positions and gather information.
A minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select Assessment (Traditional score of 20 on the cognitive portion).

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of college or specialized training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and produce hourly and salary paychecks for the manufacturing facilities.
Track hourly tool loans and other similar deductions.
File all payroll-related forms into the payroll files.
Assist Human Resources with providing information and answering questions about payroll related matters.
Maintain 401K information and payments.
Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
Preparing statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
