TASB is seeking a HR Data Analyst to join their fast-paced HR Services division. This role will support compensation consulting and salary surveys for Texas public schools and community colleges. The position is remote, but the candidate must reside in Texas if employed. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Programming skills are not required, but knowledge of Excel VBA or Power BI is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in data analysis are required. Some experience in public education is preferred.
