About The Position

In this role, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle. As the administrative backbone of the Human Resources department, you'll coordinate HR operations, maintain systems and records, support recruiting and onboarding, monitor compliance activities, and ensure employees and leaders receive outstanding service. Requirements

  • Associate degree and two years of related Human Resources or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn HR technology systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, personnel files, and confidential documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate communications, background checks, assessments, and hiring paperwork.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, and employment documentation.
  • Track compliance requirements, performance reviews, required training, certifications, and other employee deadlines.
  • Prepare HR reports, correspondence, presentations, and employee communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special HR projects.
