About The Position

AB Electronics is seeking a solutions-oriented, early-career HR or administrative professional to support the Human Resources department’s day-to-day functions. The HR Coordinator serves as a front-line point of contact for employees and supports recruitment, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and training administration. The role helps facilitate communication across departments and ensures HR processes are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. As the coordinator develops judgment across recruiting, employee relations, and compliance, there is room to grow into a Generalist role with expanded scope, contingent on demonstrating accuracy and discretion. The position is based on-site in Danbury, Connecticut, and is full-time, non-exempt, with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
