The Temp HR Coordinator is a foundational member of the People Operations team, providing tactical and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role works closely with and directly supports the Lead HR Generalist, helping to execute day-to-day HR activities with accuracy, care, and a strong sense of ownership. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience, can independently find solutions, and takes pride in delivering an excellent employee experience through attention to detail. This is a great fit for someone early in their HR career who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow within a mission-driven health tech company. This is a 3-month US-based, remote Temp role, with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week.
