Role Summary The HR & People Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the People & Culture function and serves as a key point of contact for employees. This role is responsible for HR administration, employee support, onboarding coordination, record management, leave tracking, payroll support, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping employees succeed.
