This is not a traditional administrative HR role. Whether you come from HR Operations, Administration, Employee Support, Coordination, or a similar background, this role offers an opportunity to grow into a well-rounded People Operations professional within an international environment. Role Summary The HR & People Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the People & Culture function and serves as a key point of contact for employees. This role is responsible for HR administration, employee support, onboarding coordination, record management, leave tracking, payroll support, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping employees succeed.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in: HR Operations, HR Administration, People Operations, Employee Support, Administration, Operations Coordination, Office Management, Customer Support or Similar coordination-focused roles.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HR or People Operations experience.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Payroll, or Employee Management systems.
  • French language skills.
  • Experience in multinational or multicultural environments.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, payroll, employee records, or HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Monitor contract renewals and probation periods.
  • Track employee leave balances and HR-related data.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data.
  • Maintain HR databases and reporting trackers.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests.
  • Follow up on employee inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with managers and internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Support employees in understanding HR policies and processes.
  • Assist with employee-related administrative requests.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure onboarding documents are collected and completed on time.
  • Follow up on onboarding milestones and employee integration.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate announcements, employee celebrations, and company updates.
  • Help improve HR workflows and administrative processes.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute ideas that improve employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Support People & Culture projects as required.
