Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws/regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry and administrative accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or coursework in HR, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions while serving as a resource for employees and leadership.
  • Respond to team member questions regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed and assisting with resolution of concerns or grievances.
  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with record retention requirements.
  • Accurately input and track personnel data, forms, and transactions to support payroll, reporting, and HR operations.
  • Process employment-related documents including time off requests, change forms, and other sensitive records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead or participate in HR and company committees to support engagement, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and HR team members to support compensation, benefits, training, labor relations, and employment programs.
  • Perform other duties as required to support HR operations and team member needs.
