This role involves evaluating and screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. The HR Coordinator II also prepares onboarding sessions, handles new hire paperwork, maintains interview records, and stays updated on recruiting methods. Key duties include communicating staffing needs, tracking staffing daily and weekly, scheduling candidates for interviews, arranging translators, extending job offers, and attending job fairs and career events. Any other job tasks as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.
