The purpose of KEMBAs Internship Program is to provide students with a meaningful and enriching learning experience that helps them grow both personally and professionally. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, build real skills, and learn how a financial cooperative operates within the community. This program is designed to introduce you to potential career paths in the credit union industry while offering support, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to real projects. You will also learn more about financial literacy and the cooperative principles that guide our work, especially our commitment to education, training, and information. The HR Content Management Intern supports the Human Resources and Training team with the implementation of the companys new Intranet platform and additional HR content management initiatives. This role focuses on reviewing, validating, formatting, and organizing HR and training materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with confidentiality standards. The intern will also assist with digitizing personnel files and supporting additional HR projects as needed.
