About The Position

The content intern will work as a part of the in-house global content team for the ALDO brand. This hybrid role includes regular in-office days and offers hands-on experience in product management processes, administrative responsibilities, and team collaboration across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and looking to gain exposure to a global brand environment. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn within a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, fashion, or a related field or 1 years’ experience in a related field or position
  • Degree in marketing, communications, content production or related field
  • High interest in fashion
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all communications deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Platform expertise: Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Adobe (Acrobat)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in placing orders for samples and sourcing correct information.
  • Tracking product samples reception, validation according to content production timelines; maintain digital and physical sample records.
  • Support Content Coordinator to share and map calendar planning with the Sample Management Team.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving product samples, including creating shipping documents.
  • Support the digital and physical preparation and upkeep of sample management & organization for inventory, storage or sample sales.
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions and share feedback when appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating key project documents, including calendars, timelines, invoice trackers and production schedules.
  • File and organize documentation to support project tracking.
  • Update product and project details in working documents to ensure accuracy across internal tools and references.
  • Help maintain consistency by updating file names and organizing digital assets according to naming conventions.
  • Compile and filter relevant information to support meetings, presentations, or internal reviews.
  • Contribute to the preparation of decks, briefs, and other materials used for internal or cross-functional presentations.
