About The Position

Levitate's Content Marketing department is seeking a dedicated intern to support a rapidly growing program focused on providing our clients across multiple industries with a customized content experience. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the client experience is smooth, accurate, and consistently high-quality. As part of the Content Marketing department, this person will help bridge the gap between content creation and client delivery. Their primary responsibilities will center on uploading ready-to-use templates into client accounts, confirming all details are correct, and ensuring each piece of content is properly formatted and ready for client use. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys supporting a high-volume workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the final stage of content delivery, ensuring completed content is properly reviewed, formatted, and ready for client use.
  • Upload customized content templates into client accounts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform quality checks on all content assets, verifying formatting, links, personalization fields, and industry-specific nuances.
  • Follow internal documentation and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability of the program.
  • Meet deadlines and manage a high-volume workload to ensure that content is delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify details and resolve inconsistencies before uploading if needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Content Marketing department as needed to help the program run smoothly.
