About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Content Marketing Intern to support our content marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience executing real marketing initiatives within a professional services environment. You won’t be responsible for setting strategy, but you will play a key role in helping bring it to life. From proofreading content to supporting campaigns, events, and reporting, you’ll gain exposure to how content marketing drives engagement and business growth. This is a great opportunity to learn how marketing operates inside an accounting and advisory firm, while building practical, in-demand skills across content marketing and production, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working independently and in a team environment
  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about professional services marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in-office on a designated day each week as part of a hybrid schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) and Monday.com is a plus, but not required

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting campaign content such as articles, email copy, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., turning articles into infographics or videos)
  • Proofread and quality-check content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice
  • Collaborate with the content team to execute against editorial calendars and campaign timelines (drafting and editing content such as articles, email copy, and whitepapers)
  • Monitor key competitors to track what they are publishing, topics they are covering, and events they are hosting; share relevant insights with the team to inform content and campaign ideas
  • Help manage marketing lists, including refreshing contact/company data, segmentation, and updates within CRM systems
  • Maintain projects, tasks, and timelines in Monday.com to support team workflows
  • Identify insights and trends among content marketing performance summaries and make strategic recommendations
  • Conduct light research to support content development and campaign execution
  • Provide support for firm webinars and in-person events, including follow-up tasks and communications
  • Assist with outside event logistics, including registering CSH employees for events, printing collateral, pulling together promo items, and other related needs
  • Monitor shared firm inboxes to ensure timely routing of inquiries
  • Provide light administrative support for “Contact Us” submissions and other marketing requests (as appropriate)
  • Assist with budgeting and monthly reconciliation
  • Occasionally assist with proofing and printing proposals
