As we scale, keeping our compliance operations accurate and on-time is mission-critical. We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to handle the day-to-day execution of our compliance processes — wage garnishments, unemployment claims, background and drug screening, employment verifications, I-9/E-Verify, and related administrative filings. This role works within established procedures and escalates judgment calls. You need to be meticulous, deadline-driven, comfortable leveraging technology and AI tools to stay efficient, and trustworthy with sensitive information.
