About The Position

The HR Communications Senior Associate executes communication initiatives for Forvis Mazars in support of the firm’s HR-related initiatives. The role develops creative, effective content and distribution approaches across digital, online, and social media channels to support the Forvis Mazars DNA. Working with limited day-to-day instruction, the position applies specialized communications knowledge and advanced judgment while collaborating with the CEO, HR function leaders, and Marketing & Business Development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree, JD, or PhD.
• 5–9 years of experience in communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional partners on strategic communications projects.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, useful messages for appropriate audiences and distribution channels.
• Develop and manage online people and culture content designed to engage audience segments and encourage measurable action.
• Maintain communications vehicles that build momentum and awareness, and evaluate the effectiveness of communications activities.
• Partner with Marketing team members to develop graphics and supporting materials for programs and communications.
• Implement and leverage employee feedback channels related to executive communications; monitor feedback and analyze data to identify insights and recommendations.
• Recommend and apply best practices to extend reach and readership and improve delivery methods and frequency.
• Adhere to and apply the Forvis Mazars DNA, voice, brand standards, and established SOPs.
• Support the Executive Communications function by independently managing or leading assigned high-priority special projects.
