About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing initiatives/programs aligned with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) culture to drive retention, enhance the overall colleague experience, and increase colleague satisfaction and engagement, thus effecting positive organizational impacts. The position manages colleague engagement surveys, programs, and initiatives. It also develops, plans, and coordinates employee events, activities, and discounts. The role develops and monitors data-driven programs continually to improve colleague retention. Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not described expressly herein.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, hospitality management, organizational development, public relations, or business administration.
  • HR may accept relevant work experience in lieu of required education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.
  • No required certifications, licenses, or registries.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of directly related professional experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement surveys.
  • Healthcare, higher education, or corporate event planning/coordination experience.
  • Budget management and expense tracking experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
