About The Position

The HR File Clerk is responsible for providing a multi-faced advanced level of administrative support to the HR department. Able to perform a wide range of HR and support duties of a complex, confidential, sensitive, clerical, technical and responsible nature supportive of the HR Department.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing & data entry skills (at least 40 WPM)
  • Knowledge of general office duties (filing, scanning and copying)
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
  • Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management
  • Professional appearance is required
  • Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Coverage of busy front reception desk
  • Assist with preparation of new hire paperwork
  • Create employee file folders for all seasonal employees
  • File onboarding documents
  • Assist with picking up checks and mailing checks via UPS
  • Pulling files as requested for the administration and staffing teams
