About The Position

Supports and implements the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with respective business leader, and advises and supports the business management for (an) assigned organization(s). Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as an HR Care Partner This role will require 2-3 days on-site in the Newton, Massachusetts location. As an HR Care Partner, you will: Champion a positive employee experience by promoting use of HR systems, policies and processes. Provide consultative HR support to frontline managers, ensuring consistent application of company policies, practices, and procedures. Conduct local investigations under the guidance of Employee Relations and/or Legal, recommend appropriate resolutions, and support the implementation of corrective actions. Reinforce employee relations strategies that promote individual and team success. Execute and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including but not limited to affirmative action, anti-discrimination, health and safety, and federal/state regulations. Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and change agility, with the ability to respond to evolving business needs.
  • Experience executing operational tasks and highlighting process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated experience delivering high-quality service, including support in ticketed support environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot).
  • Ability to effectively coach and counsel employees and managers through both routine and employee relations matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, with in-depth knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
