The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing consultation and support to the designated business unit at a medium sized site location by implementing human resources initiatives. This may include the areas of safety, employee relations, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and communications. This position will provide advice and counsel to all employees and leadership, following the policies, procedures, and practices of the company. This role will address employee relation issues and provide feedback to functional managers in order to issues/concerns are addressed in a timely and positive manner.
