As an HR Business Partner, you will deliver frontline HR services across recruitment, selection, hiring, and engagement. You’ll work closely with leaders and staff to streamline processes, provide data-driven insights, and shape a positive employee experience. In this capacity, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that ensure our employees receive timely and effective HR support, including: Recruitment & Selection: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies. Hiring & Onboarding: Utilize Workday for processing hiring transactions for all employee types and lead onboarding sessions with new staff members, including coordination of New Staff Orientation. Compensation & Titling: Partner with supervisors and senior staff members to review and recommend compensation and title changes that adhere to internal and university guidelines. Staff Engagement: Participate in the engagement and exit survey processes, compile and analyze data, and lead staff engagement initiatives. Process Improvement: Create and update process documentation and identify improvements that drive consistency and efficiency.
