The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to facility leadership, aligning enterprise HR programs with local operational needs and ensuring consistent adoption of updates across Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning, Change Management, Labor Planning, and Organizational Development. The HR Manager leads onboarding for key roles, drives data‑informed decisions, and ensures employees and managers have clear guidance on policies and processes, elevating the overall employee experience across a multi‑site, multi‑state footprint.
