Their Hailie® Smartinhaler® platform helps patients, providers, and payers better manage asthma and COPD through adherence monitoring, remote patient support, and actionable data insights. They are experiencing rapid growth across the U.S. market and is building a high-performing, mission-driven team to support the next phase of scale. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated U.S.-based People & Culture employee at Adherium and help build the foundation of the company’s long-term talent function. Adherium has grown rapidly over the past year and expects continued expansion across the U.S. business. The immediate priority for this role is leading and improving U.S.-based recruiting efforts, building strong hiring manager partnerships, creating scalable onboarding processes, and improving the overall candidate and employee experience. Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into broader HR business partnering and People Operations responsibilities as the organization continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys building processes from scratch, and wants the opportunity to expand beyond talent acquisition into broader People & Culture initiatives over time.
