As a Human Resources Business Partner , you'll begin your journey as a strategic business partner, working directly with leaders to solve workforce challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational performance. About the Role As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders to align workforce and talent priorities with business objectives. You'll coordinate expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure leaders receive connected, business-focused solutions rather than isolated HR services. You'll build trusted relationships, identify workforce opportunities and risks, and coach leaders through everyday people challenges while reinforcing one of our core beliefs: Your role is to help leaders become more effective by providing insight, coaching, and access to the right expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR At least 8 years of HR or Organizational Development experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people actions.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and HR policy application.
  • Ability to use workforce data, employee insights, AI-enabled tools, and business metrics to identify trends and support leader decision-making.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt digital tools that improve efficiency, insight, and HR impact.
  • Ability to build credibility with managers and leaders through sound judgment, responsiveness, and practical guidance.
  • Comfortable coaching leaders through day-to-day people matters while reinforcing leadership accountability.
  • Ability to partner across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to coordinate integrated solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to connect leaders to the right expertise and resources.
  • Ability to identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and help leaders resolve workforce challenges.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and good judgment.
