About The Position

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to operate at the intersection of business and people strategy. This role focuses on building and strengthening HR processes, increasing team engagement, and acting as a change driver across the organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates independence, strategic thinking, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HRBP in an IT industry.
  • Experience in building Employee Lifecycle and Performance Management systems.
  • Deep knowledge of HR analytics, experience working with eNPS, engagement programs.
  • Confident use of CRM/HRM systems to support processes.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical approach, structured.
  • English at level B2+.
  • Strong own position and ability to defend decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of HR strategy for the department (100+ people).
  • Building Performance Management, KPI/OKR systems.
  • Build talent development programs (PDP/IDP), succession planning.
  • Launching eNPS and working with engagement analytics.
  • Organization of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Confident use of HRM/CRM systems (Zoho People) to support HR processes.
  • Mentoring managers in developing leadership skills.
  • HR metrics analytics, creating dashboards for business.
  • Participation in organizational structure changes and team development.
