The Aspen Group (TAG) is a large retail healthcare business support organization that supports numerous healthcare professionals and offices across various categories like dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. TAG partners with independent practice owners and clinicians to improve healthcare. They provide centralized business support services for brands such as Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet. Lovet Pet Health Care aims to provide better care to more pets by building a modern veterinary care experience that is convenient, financially accessible, and comprehensive. As part of TAG, Lovet is scaling nationally while maintaining a collaborative and mission-driven team. The HR Business Partner will support hospital leadership (veterinarians, hospital management, and operational leaders) across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills to deliver impactful talent solutions, drive measurable results, and build trusted partnerships with leaders. The HR Business Partner will implement human resources and operations programs and provide strategic and hands-on HR support in performance management, employee relations, workforce planning and scheduling, onboarding, employment processing, training and development, safety and health, retention, compliance, and labor relations. This role is hybrid in Phoenix, AZ and requires 70% travel to Lovet field locations in the West Valley. This role has no direct supervisory reports but serves as a strategic coach, mentor, and influencer to leaders across the enterprise, including veterinarians, hospital management, and operational leaders, to elevate leadership capability and organizational performance.
