About The Position

The HR Business Partner will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. This role involves acting as a trusted partner in addressing employee issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations. The HR Business Partner will also collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies, and may participate in the full recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the role supports the performance appraisal process, tracks employee performance metrics, and facilitates performance improvement plans and employee development programs. A significant part of the role includes assisting in the development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, identifying training needs, and coordinating employee training sessions. The HR Business Partner will also maintain and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports on HR activities, and lead or participate in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful at building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing tools and guidance for effective evaluations.
  • Help track employee performance metrics and facilitate performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate employee development programs and succession planning initiatives.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and turnover trends.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
