We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who can provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on people and organization development strategies in support of Integrity’s goals. This role is a great fit if you thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments, have experience in large organizations (500+ employees), and are skilled at navigating both corporate (shared services) and field HR challenges. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly valued, bringing a proactive, adaptable approach to evolving business needs. This is a Shared Services People & Culture Business Partner role that sits onsite at one of Integrity’s business units. The position is based in Integrity’s LionStreet office in Austin, Texas, providing in‑person support to local employees and leaders while operating as part of the centralized People & Culture organization across Integrity.
