About The Position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to L3 and L4 business leaders, enabling execution of business strategy through talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions. The role partners closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, and People Care) to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent outcomes, and change management.

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data interpretation, analysis, and insight storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of local/regional labor and employment laws and regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of the business strategy, operating priorities, and organizational challenges.
  • Translate business objectives into talent and workforce strategies.
  • Partner with L3/L4 leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, and capability planning.
  • Provide strategic consultation on organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline discussions.
  • Identify critical talent risks and develop retention strategies.
  • Support leadership assessment, development planning, and career growth initiatives.
  • Support long-term workforce planning and resource allocation decisions.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and insights to inform organizational decisions.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, business transformation, and integration activities.
  • Lead change management and communication planning during organizational changes.
