TAG partners with independent practice owners and clinicians with the goal of improving healthcare. TAG offers a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services for its consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet (formerly AZPetVet). The HR Business Partner role is a new opportunity within the Lovet Pet Health Care team, which aims to provide better and more accessible pet care through convenience, financial accessibility, and comprehensive services. Lovet is scaling nationally while maintaining a collaborative and mission-driven team environment. The HR Business Partner will support hospital leadership (veterinarians, hospital management, and operational leaders) throughout the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills to deliver talent solutions, achieve measurable results, and build trusted partnerships with leaders. The HR Business Partner will implement HR and operations programs and provide strategic and hands-on HR support in areas such as performance management, employee relations, workforce planning and scheduling, onboarding, employment processing, training and development, safety and health, retention, compliance, and labor relations. This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring 70% travel to Lovet field locations in the West Valley.
