The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted resource for managers, helping address routine employee concerns, coaching on expectations and corrective actions, and escalating complex matters to HR leadership as needed. Through regular site engagement, data analysis, and collaboration with recruiting and training teams, this role helps drive employee engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness.
