About The Position

The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive consultation and support on all human resource and talent management needs. This position will actively partner with leadership and associates to enable a high-performance, engaged culture through HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in delivering high-volume, high demand HR services
  • Experience in finding talent solutions to solve business problems
  • Experience working in Human Resources within a large operation or business unit
  • Exceptionally strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • High level of professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to use various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, HRIS, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field desired

Responsibilities

  • Proactively consult with leaders and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR team on the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a consultant and adviser to leaders in the effective management of their workforce through the implementation of performance management, organizational design, talent assessments and leadership development
  • Seek to understand the “voice of the associate” and partner with leaders to make improvements
  • Focus efforts to improve associate engagement and retention
  • Manage applicable processes, including, leaves of absences, corrective action, investigations, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned
