Responsibilities

• Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include: hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis & action planning, HR Administration for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping and compliance.
• benefit and policy questions.
• Administers companywide HR initiatives.
• Coach and influences leaders and associates.
• Conducts employee investigations.
