Grounded in our mission of “Keeping HR Human,” we combine hands-on expertise with technology to help modern organizations build better, more efficient workplaces The Role We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This person will support multiple clients across industries, providing both strategic partnership and hands-on HR support. You’ll build trusted relationships with client leaders, guide them through people challenges, and help strengthen their culture and operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years HRBP experience, preferably with exposure to multiple clients or business units.
  • Experience supporting unionized workforces and/or strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships with confidence and care.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to advise and coach client leaders effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred (or actively pursuing).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for 3–8 client organizations (depending on tier and complexity).
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Provide guidance and partnership across key areas: employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Support engagement, retention, and leadership development efforts across diverse client groups.
  • Partner closely with Konnect’s internal HR and Operations teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and client records in Konnect systems.
  • Contribute to Konnect’s internal frameworks, playbooks, and process improvements as we grow.
