We’re growing — and building an HR function to keep pace with future needs at Trading Academy. We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who combines strong employment law expertise with the presence and credibility to influence sales leadership in a growing company. This role plays a critical part in scaling the organization thoughtfully; bringing consistency, reinforcing our values, and ensuring our culture remains intact. You’ll support a multi-state, sales-driven workforce, advise leaders on employee matters, and build the infrastructure needed for long-term success.
