About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner for North America to join our office in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. You will act as a Business Partner and coach to leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations to ensure they align with Natus Sensory’s organizational goals. As a part of a global HR Business Partner Team, you will be responsible for USA and Canada.

Requirements

+7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner in a mid-sized company.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of US and Canadian labour and employment laws.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from entry-level staff to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all people practices comply with federal and state regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving laws, including pay transparency and AI-related employment rules.

Collaborate with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business efficiency and workforce planning.
Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management and corrective actions.
Assist in the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
