About The Position

The Regional HR Business Partner II plays a critical role in delivering the HR strategy across their assigned client group(s), providing comprehensive regional HR support to managers and teammates. Responsibilities include coaching/training of people leaders, triaging and resolving employee relations issues, performance management, career development and succession planning, and teammate recognition and engagement. Works comprehensive regional HR support working closely with managers and teammates to ensure they have the skills and capabilities to achieve their business objectives with employee needs. This role fosters a high-performing and engaged work environment while adhering to best people practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 5+ years experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist required
  • 2+ years work experience with applicant tracking, LMS, HR systems required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the confidence to present to, influence, and collaborate with leaders.
  • Ability to drive HR processes and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate support and oversight, while still actively contributing to both the HR team and your assigned client groups.
  • Solid knowledge of Federal/state employment laws.
  • Must have a growth mindset with a passion for your craft that is easily recognizable.
  • Ability to professionally and discreetly handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically; analyze, organize, and present business data that tells a story; and develop holistic HR solutions to address talent gaps
  • Knowledge across multiple facets of HR, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Must have a strong business acumen, including the ability to understand complex business matters
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects.
  • Must be able to work in a fast enviroment and have the ability to balance tactical and strategic HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel people leaders and teammates to address workplace issues and questions, ensuring compliance with Federal/state/local legislation, as well as company policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Triage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Ensure onboarding program is consistently applied to deliver a positive and effective new hire experience.
  • Utilize HR systems, tools, and analytics to improve data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with client group leaders, Talent Acquisition team, and HR leadership team on effective workforce planning, recruitment and selection methods, pipeline development, and interviewing skills.
  • Actively identify talent within your client group(s) to fill openings as a means for development.
  • Help drive succession planning by working with client group leaders to identify high potential talent, especially for those on a leadership track.
  • Work with leaders and teammates to ensure robust development plans are in place for any teammate who wants one.
  • Identify and analyze trends in HR and formulate recommendations to improve processes or create plans that address talent issues (i.e., proactive training, retention strategies, engagement strategies, etc.)
  • Provide counsel to leaders regarding Federal/state/local employment law and legislation changes. Support roll-out of initiatives required for compliance.
  • Assist with integration efforts for any future acquisitions to support our growth strategy within your assigned client groups
  • Effectively coordinate within HR and internal stakeholders to align on projects, change management plans, communication messages, and related efforts for effective deployment of changes impacting your client group(s).
