About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to design and implement scalable people strategies that enhance organizational culture, employee experience, retention, and performance. The HRBP will lead engagement and talent initiatives from the ground up while helping drive organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position is ideal for a collaborative and innovative HR professional who is passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or related HR function.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with AI, HRIS, LMS, and engagement or survey tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Experience in a government contractor environment highly desired.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives designed to strengthen organizational culture, retention, morale, and employee satisfaction
  • Partner with leaders to identify engagement trends and develop action plans that improve the employee experience
  • Conduct employee feedback assessments, engagement surveys, and data analysis to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Develop and execute leadership development programs for emerging leaders, supervisors, and managers
  • Conduct training needs assessments and partner with stakeholders to design learning and development solutions
  • Facilitate employee development workshops, training sessions, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Support succession planning, workforce planning, and talent review processes
  • Create tools, resources, and programs that support employee growth, career development, and organizational capability building
  • Lead onboarding coordination and new hire orientation initiatives
  • Provide guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Maintain HRIS data and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices
  • Assist with investigations, employee relations matters, and conflict resolution efforts as needed
