As a HR Business Partner Associate within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. · Role supports Retail non customer facing LOBs · Works independently with minimal direction—able to “run on their own,” prioritize effectively, and keep projects, tasks, and stakeholders organized and on track. · Serves as a reliable point of contact for leaders, coordinating updates, tracking follow‑through, and ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy and timeliness. · Leverages critical thinking skills to investigate issues, analyze workforce data, troubleshoot challenges, create solutions and proactively identify needed actions. · Coordinates Enterprise, LOB and HR initiatives for HRBP team and business while acting as a liaison to other human resources and business functions when necessary · Proficiency with all Microsoft Suite products, with an emphasis on EXCEL, PowerPoint and Chat360 PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
