As a HR Business Partner Associate Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will support the Technology business segment. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leads in collaborating with business and COE partners on solving complex HR solutions for a line of business.
  • Proactive in the development of HR tools, solutions and systems, and creates processes to improve efficiencies to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs.
  • Leads the preparation, review, interpretation and analysis of a variety of HR information, data, and reports.
  • Makes insightful recommendations and presents findings to HR and LOB Leaders.
  • Provides innovative solutions, improvements, analytic observations, business recommendations and reports in all areas of HR as well as the LOB they support.
  • Responsible for coordinating and directing HR initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other COE functions when necessary.
  • Supports and leads the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's HR programs, policies and processes.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Serves as the point of contact on various HRBP project management initiatives at both the enterprise and business level.
  • Proactively addresses bottlenecks, recommends improvements and streamlines opportunities on HRBP processes.
  • Supports and coaches HR Business Partner Associates on processes, procedures and analytical needs; Assists management team in training new staff.
