About The Position

This role is responsible for enrolling new hires in company benefits, managing the benefits portal, and serving as a point of contact for various employee benefits inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The salary offered will be based on the specific requirements of the position and the applicant's qualifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Computer literacy
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and other software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily issues as they arise
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BambooHR or another HCM software

Responsibilities

  • Enroll all new hires in the company's benefits including retirement and insurance
  • Add new staff to our benefits portal and notify them when they can make elections
  • Create and revise job descriptions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions concerning FMLA, insurance, retirement, and other benefits
  • Prepare FMLA and disability paperwork
  • Update employee information and benefits in our HRIS system
  • Participate in special projects as needed
