Contract Position: On-Call Benefits Enroller

About The Position

This seasonal, contract position is a field role, attending onsite open enrollment and benefit fair meetings at client locations. The enroller may be required to give presentations on benefits or be available to answer individual questions. Follow-up information is provided electronically to appropriate Delta Dental personnel. The role requires individuals with the flexibility to adjust their schedules based on seasonal needs and to adapt to shifting workloads, especially during peak periods. Candidates must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone, Monday through Friday. Benefits are not available for this role as it is a seasonal contract position; benefits are exclusively available for permanent positions at Delta Dental.

Requirements

• At least two or more years experience in one or more of the following: medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration in Human Resources, serving as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or an insurance broker
• Must reside in one of the specified locations (Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento Area, Fresno, Las Vegas, Inland Empire/High Desert, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Pittsburg, Philadelphia, New York City, Upstate NY, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Phoenix, Louisiana, San Antonio, Florida and Georgia)
• Must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone, Monday through Friday
• Flexibility to adjust schedules based on seasonal needs
• Ability to adapt to shifting workloads, particularly during peak periods
• Undergo a background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
