About The Position

The HR Associate supports the HR Manager in delivering responsive, accurate and practical HR services for the US office across the full employee lifecycle. The role is suited to an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience who can independently manage routine HR activities, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain reliable employee data, and support payroll, benefits, learning, performance and employee engagement. The position calls for sound judgement, discretion and accountability. Complex employee relations matters, policy exceptions and decisions requiring approval are escalated to the HR Manager. The role also contributes to HR process improvements and office coordination. Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience may take on broader generalist responsibilities and greater ownership of HR processes and projects, based on demonstrated capability and business needs, under the HR Manager’s guidance.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and sound judgement about when to act independently and when to escalate to the HR Manager.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Accountability, adaptability, motivation, organization, resilience and a positive, results-oriented approach.
